Empathy Electric was really responsive to my emergency HVAC issue. Over the holiday weekend, they were able to arrange to send someone out to handle two of my rental tenants! I would definitely recommend them in the future.

Unfortunately Empathy Electric was a bit out of my zip code but from my interaction with them I would recommend. I had called over 10 other plumbers and appliance companies to assist with co verging my gas dryer to propane - most either didn't return my call or email or had an attitude. When I called Empathy- the gentleman who answered was on a job but still took time to discuss what I was looking for- I loved his attitude- transparency and professionalism. This looks like it may be a newer business but worth checking out.

We were very happy with Empathy Electric. Stanless came out to fix our electrical issues quickly and professionally. Highly recommend!
